Our Protection Plans

Since Hakuna gives merchants the flexibility to configure plans on a per-product and/or per-category level, you'll likely have an individual mix of protection plans on offer. Make sure to check the type and term length of a given plan before giving customers any specific advice.

Each Hakuna-powered plan has clearly defined coverage, transparent terms & conditions, and consistent exclusions and deductibles. For more information about a specific plan, you can check the General Insurance Conditions (AVBs) associated with it. They are made accessible to customers at the point of purchase, and we also send them to customers after they sign up.
